This varies from person to person and depends on your wellness goals and health condition.
For optimal benefits, we recommend two or more sessions a week - you even can use it daily if you wish!
Our sauna comfortably accommodates two people. Our prices for two-person sessions are great value, so why not bring along a friend?
Make sure you drink lots of water before and during the session. Bring a towel, a change of clothing and a water bottle. Towels can also be hired for $5.
The sauna room is private so you are welcome to wear whatever feels comfortable - swimmers, underwear or nothing at all. Please remember to sit on a towel during your session.
For maximum benefits, we recommend maintaining core heat for as long as possible by waiting at least 30mins after the session before showering. Make sure to bring clothing that you are happy to keep sweating in!
They say boredom is just a state of mind. How you choose to occupy your mind during the session is up to you.
You can use your sauna session to completely unwind, switch off all digital distractions and escape the outside world.
Or you could bring a book to read.
The sauna is also equipped with built-in entertainment features so you can listen to music, watch movies or stay in touch with social media while you sauna.

You will have the option to include chromotherapy lighting during your treatment, this will be customised to best suit your needs on the day.
Infrared saunas heat the body, not the air. The temperature setting will depend on your goals, this could be anywhere between 40-60 degrees.
The temperature inside the sauna is not to be confused with your body temperature or the quality of your sauna session, so try not to fixate on the temperature the sauna reads.
Please follow your doctor's instructions if they recommend using a lower temperature (which may still be beneficial).
