Oxygen compression Massage is best used in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise. It is complementary to the gym and exercise - not a gym replacement. 

Exact results will depend on your body type and treatment frequency. Generally, after a session, you may start to notice improved skin texture, fluid moved from problem areas, slimmer and firmer skin appearance, cellulite reduction and a measurable circumference difference.

The number of sessions you need for optimal results will be determined by your body goals. As a baseline, it is ideal to do two sessions per week for approximately 6-8 weeks.

Oxygen compression massage is designed to utilise and enhance the body’s natural processes while adding comfortable pressure, this makes it a safe treatment for most people.

However its not suitable for everyone. Please ensure that you discuss any medical problems you have during your consultation so we can determine if the treatment is safe for you.
